1. North South University (NSU)
2. Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB)
3. BRAC University (BRACU)
4. East West University (EWU)
5. American International University of Bangladesh (AIUB).

All EdexB students enrolled in “UG Admission Prep” program are automatically considered for this scholarship. No separate application is required. “EdexB UG Spring 2019” scholarship decisions will be made based on the following components:

1. Exam Scores on EdexB portal
2. Interview
3. Statement of Purpose
4. Offer letter or admission confirmation letter from university
5. Recommendation Letter

1. Exam Scores on EdexB portal: 
   • All practice exams under “UG Admission Prep” must be completed. 
   • All of three live mock exams need to be completed. Passing score in final mock exam is 80%. (Tentative time of exam: Nov 21^st, 2018 - Nov 23^rd, 2018)
2. Interview: Top 20 students will be invited for face to face interview.
3. Statement of purpose: To be prepared by the student on A4 size paper. Hard & Soft copy.
4. Offer Letter from university: Short listed candidates need to submit copies of offer letter or acceptance confirmation from respective university.
5. Recommendation Letter: Two letters of recommendation from your college or school teacher.

Up to Ten Lac Taka will be awarded top three candidates.

Numbers of Scholarship Award: 

1. First award: Up to BDT 500,000 taka (Five Lac Taka) or 50% of tuition fees.
2. Second award: Up to BDT 300,000 taka. (Three Lac Taka) or 30% of tuition fees.
3. Third award: Up to BDT 200,000 (Two lac taka) or 20% of tuition fees.

1. Scholarship amount is non-cashable and EdexB will pay the amount directly to university through pay order or bank transfer.
2. Scholarship percentage will be calculated on net billing amount by the university.
3. Funding will be awarded at stated amount or percentage whichever is lower (as mentioned in Scholarship Amount & Payment Process)
4. Copy of advising slip must be submitted at EdexB.
5. Scholarship amount will not cover any fine or penalty charged by university.
6. Scholarship will not cover tuition fees for non-credit courses.
7. Scholarship will not cover fees for retake courses.
8. Minimum 6 credits and maximum 12 credits can be taken in a semester.
9. In every academic year, a student must enroll in at least two semester(s).
10. To continue scholarship funding, minimum CGPA must be 3.5 or above at NSU & BRACU, 3.65 or above at other universities. 
11. There must not be any “F” grade in the transcript. An “F” grade in any courses automatically disqualifies the scholarship
12. A student must not withdraw/drop any course without written permission from EdexB.
13. Any relative (first blood) of any EdexB director or staff member is not eligible for this scholarship.
14. In case of disputes regarding interpretation of any clause of this term, EdexB’s decision will be considered final.
